What does a first consult cost?
Nothing. It's a real working conversation — usually forty-five minutes — to understand your situation and whether Schillerkraft is the right fit. You'll leave with at least one useful idea either way.
Are you a fit for early-stage startups?
Sometimes. The work is most valuable once there's a business to steady — revenue, a team, real decisions with weight. If you're pre-product, Erik will tell you honestly and point you somewhere better.
Do you work on retainer or per-project?

Who actually does the work?
Erik, Rachel, or one of our vetted partners for a specific skill. Every engagement is led and delivered by Erik and Rachel, with specialists brought in only when a problem specifically calls for one. You'll never be handed to a team you didn't meet.
